The Model
Citizens College is built around three elements that work together to prepare you for a lifetime of ministry. We’ve intentionally designed a hybrid model that gives students the flexibility to learn throughout the week while staying rooted in a consistent rhythm of in-person teaching and community.

LEARNING
Our flexible online courses give you the freedom to build a healthy weekly rhythm while receiving a strong biblical education. Throughout the week you’ll deepen your understanding of Scripture, strengthen your theology, and prepare for a lifetime of ministry.
LIVE
TEACHING
Learn each week in a classroom with experienced pastors, professors and leaders who are actively serving in ministry. Ask questions, engage in discussion, and grow alongside a community pursuing the same calling.
MINISTRY
PRACTICUM
The practicum isn’t simply another class on your schedule—it’s our philosophy. You can learn about ministry in a classroom, but you learn ministry by serving people, observing healthy leaders, leading teams, receiving coaching, and growing week after week in the life of a healthy church.
